I know the mannequins are the stars here but I also like the shutters. I love to photograph shutters when I travel in Europe. And there is a yin and yang element going on with the ones in your photo as well… on one floor they are open and on another closed. Cool!
I guess they’re easier to maintain than flowers. And they probably get more interest from passers by.
